Shipping & Returns


We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Orders are shipped only on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays or any other holiday period specified by us. The times indicated are indicative only and during peak periods or holidays, deliveries may take longer.

All orders are shipped from our factory in Biella, for all orders where duties are applicable the customer will pay for any customs duties.

We are currently offering:

Shipping  free in Italy for orders over € 100.00.

Our standard delivery cost in Italy is € 5.99 and we aim to deliver all orders to mainland Italy within 3 working days. Deliveries to islands and more remote areas  may take a little longer.

Below are the shipping costs and approximate delivery times for orders shipped outside of Italy. 

Europe: € 15.00 4-7 working days.

Rest of the world: ? 7-10 working days.

Express Shipping Europe € 25,00 within 2-4 days  

Shipping USA and rest of the world € 150.00, USA delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 4-7 days.

The times above are indicative only and sometimes during peak periods or holidays, deliveries may take longer.

All our orders are shipped via GLS courier service in Europe and the UK  and Fedex for the US and the rest of the world.

While we strive to deliver your order within a specified time, we cannot accept any liability for delayed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather conditions). We will do our best to notify you of any unexpected delays. If you have not received the package after 5 working days, do not hesitate to contact us on by calling us at +39 015 29034.

Returns & Refunds 

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offerreturns or exchangesfree within15 daysfrom the receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a voucher, a different product or a direct refund with the original payment method.

We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to our online returns portal using your email address and order ID

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all items to us using the label provided
