Right of withdrawal

As provided for by the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999 "Implementation of Directive 97/7/CE" relating to the protection of consumers in relation to distance contracts, the online Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except in cases of exclusion.

To exercise this right, the online buyer is required to inform CO.BI srl of his decision through an explicit declaration within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the online Buyer must return the goods received, without undue delay, within and no later than 14 days from the day on which CO.BI srl was informed of this decision: the shipment of the returned goods must be sent, together with a copy of the purchase invoice, to the address

1 - Products must be returned in the same box in which they were received, they must not be worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

2 - All labels on the garment, whether fabric, hanging or placed on the packaging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed.

3 - The only costs due by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 "Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC" are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the online Buyer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; In the case of bank transfer, the online Buyer will be responsible for providing the bank details on which to obtain the refund (account holder, name and address of the Bank and IBAN). In the case of payment by cash on delivery, CO.BI srl will make the refund to the current account indicated in the return request made by the buyer.

Conditions for exercising the Right of Withdrawal

a) The right of withdrawal does NOT apply if the online Buyer is NOT a consumer and has requested the sending of an invoice with references to the VAT number as professionals and companies are not considered "private consumers"

b) The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of multiple components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased Product.

c) The right does not apply to customized products

In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, CO.BI srl will return the purchased Products to the online Buyer, charging the latter the shipping costs.

CO.BI srl is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
